How soon will I see results?
Every new ad goes through a learning phase, where the platform tests your ad to find the right people. Most clients start seeing profile visits and DMs within the first 7 days.
Once the learning phase is done, costs settle and results become more consistent. A brand new ad account may take a little longer to learn.
How long does a page revamp and ad setup take?
A page revamp takes 24 hours. Ad setup takes 3 to 5 working days, so you will be fully set up within a week.
Is the ad budget included in your fees?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform from your own card, so you stay in full control of your spend. Our fees cover the strategy, setup and management.
What is the minimum ad budget?
₦200,000 per month for our ad management packages. For ad setup only, we will advise on a budget that fits your goals.
Do I need a website to run ads?
No. Ads can bring customers straight to your Instagram DMs or WhatsApp. If you have a website, we can drive traffic and track purchases there too.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google and YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
Do you work with businesses outside Lagos or Nigeria?
Yes. We work remotely with businesses anywhere in the world, including clients across Nigeria, the UK, the US and Canada.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. There is no long term contract on Social Media Management, Ad Management or the Full Growth Package. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest marketer can guarantee exact sales, because results also depend on your product, pricing and market. What we guarantee is a proven strategy, daily monitoring, constant optimization and clear reports, so you always know where your money is going.
Will I own my ad account and page?
Yes. Everything is set up under your own Meta Business Portfolio, so you keep full ownership of your page, ad account and data.
What do I need to provide for social media management?
Your photos and videos. We handle the editing, graphic design, captions, scheduling and reporting.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, after we discuss your needs on WhatsApp. Work starts once payment is confirmed.
